Cerberus Fountain Pen, Easy To Love+Crazy FiberThis is my Cerberus Model with one of my favorite resin blanks Easy To Love from Stormwinds. The cap and grp section are made from Crazy Fiber, a micarta style material. For the cap finial, I made a small finial coin from the Easy To Love material, and a ring from a neon pink acrylic, the finial coin is a bit transparent so there are some fun colors textures going on. This pen is threaded for a Bock 6 nib

Missing Part, no customer support.
Missing the bolt that attaches the base to the center post. We contacted the vendor and they responded,
"We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Really, like we didn't checked the box?
Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent.
Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain.
Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
